Capital Ventures is set to transform a 35-acre site at the northwest corner of Dallas North Tollway and Prosper Trail into the new Prosper Arts District, a $300 million mixed-use development.
This project, recently approved by the Town of Prosper, will include 515 multifamily housing, three new hotels, and a retail shopping centered around a water fountain.
The build outwill be carried out in four phases.
The first phase, starting later this year, will focus on building the core infrastructure, including a sports-themed hotel, retail spaces, and a parking garage, with a target completion date of 2026.
Additional phases will add more family residential units, two more hotels, and additional retail spaces to add additional housing and shopping opportunities for Prosper residents.
